Note on affiliation: We are not the official website of Godspeed New York. We are an independent retailer specializing in men’s Godspeed apparel. Brand names and logos are used for identification and compatibility purposes only and are the property of their respective owners.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are offers to purchase products. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors.
• Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order ships and you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
• If an item is unavailable, we will cancel and refund the affected item or provide alternatives where possible.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless noted. Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or other errors and to cancel affected orders prior to shipment.
• Promotional pricing and limited-time sales are time-boxed and may change without notice until your order is accepted.

5. Payments

• By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the full order amount, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable duties.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to addresses listed at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are displayed in cart/checkout and may vary by destination and carrier.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or, for carrier‑designated pickup points, upon delivery to the pickup location.
• Please ensure your address is accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
• Preorder or backorder items will ship when stock becomes available. Estimated ship dates are not guarantees and may change.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Sale Items

• We accept returns on unworn items with original tags and packaging within the stated return window. Items must be free of wear, odors, and alterations.
• Final sale items, underwear, and personalized goods are not eligible for return unless required by law.
• Return shipping methods and any fees are outlined in our policy. Please initiate returns using the instructions provided with your order confirmation.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
• We may modify or end promotions at any time. Additional promotion-specific terms may apply and will be displayed where relevant.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, not reloadable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

9. Product Information & Authenticity

• We conduct in-hand authentication including checks on tags, trims, prints, materials, and measurements prior to listing.
• Colors and materials may appear differently due to screen settings and lighting. Size and fit notes are provided as guidance and may vary by style or production run.
• All trademarks and brand names (including “Godspeed New York”) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Reviews & User Content

• If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services and marketing.
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
