Processing & Dispatch

DHL Express

Postal Priority

Transit: typically 7–14 business days via USPS/Local Post. Best for PO Boxes and lower-cost delivery.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your local customs office may assess VAT, GST, duties, or brokerage fees on delivery. These charges are not collected at checkout unless explicitly stated and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created. Updates may take 12–24 hours to appear.
  • Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless you select a guaranteed service.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:
    • Check with neighbors, building staff, and alternate entrances.
    • Wait one business day; many carriers mark delivered prior to actual handoff.
    • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for a GPS delivery scan review.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Address Changes

  • PO Boxes: Select USPS/Postal services at checkout.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS. Transit times vary due to military mail handling.
  • Address Changes: For security reasons, we cannot modify addresses after an order is placed. If you made an error, contact us immediately to attempt cancellation before fulfillment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Marked Delivered but Not Received: File a claim with the carrier after 1 business day (US) or 3 business days (International). We’ll assist where possible.
  • In Transit with No Movement: Carriers may experience delays during peak periods. If there’s no scan for 7 (US) or 14 (International) business days, contact us for support.
  • Damaged on Arrival: Photograph the packaging and items within 48 hours and contact [email protected] with your order number.
  • Optional package protection may be offered at checkout during promotional periods.

Holiday & Peak Season

During peak seasons (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, major drops, and holidays), processing and carrier transit times may extend. Order early and consider expedited services for time‑sensitive deliveries.

Shipping FAQ

Do you ship preorders separately?

By default, mixed carts (in‑stock + preorder) ship together when all items are available. Choose Split Shipping at checkout (when available) to ship in‑stock items first.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is charged where required by law based on your shipping address. Any duties/VAT on international orders are collected by your local customs office on delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Can you ship to my hotel or parcel locker?

Yes, but please ensure the name on the order matches the ID presented at pickup, and include complete delivery details. We’re not responsible for unclaimed shipments returned to sender.

Can I request signature on delivery?

For added security on high‑value orders, we may require signature. If you prefer signature required, contact us before your order ships.
