- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition: unwashed, unaltered, no odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
- All original tags, labels, security seals, garment bags, poly bags, barcodes, and accessories must be included.
- Footwear (if applicable) must be returned in the original undamaged shoe box placed inside a protective shipping box.
- Tracksuits/sets must be returned as complete sets (top and bottom together).

- Wait for your Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Tip: Use a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Request RMA- Size or color exchanges are offered on the same item when stock is available.
- We can hold an exchange item for 7 days after your RMA is issued. If your return hasn’t scanned in by then, the hold may be released.
- Price differences for exchanges will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund to the original payment method per your preference.
- Once your return arrives, allow 2–3 business days for inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 3–10 additional business days to post the funds.
- Store credit (if chosen) is usually issued within 24 hours of approval.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund or credit is processed.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the issue, the inner brand/size tags, and the shipping label.
- For validated issues, we will provide a prepaid return label or alternative resolution.
- Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable
- Underwear, socks, face coverings, and similar hygiene items
- Gift cards and store credit
- Mystery boxes or surprise items
- Customized or special-order items
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items (including odors/pet hair)
- Items returned without original tags/packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).
- If we provide a return label for convenience, the label cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is our fault.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International customers may return eligible items within the same 14-day window.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable through us. You may contact your local customs office regarding recoverable fees.
- Clearly mark the package as “Return of Goods” to avoid additional import charges. Any fees assessed to us may be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency/method used at checkout.
- We can modify or cancel orders within 30 minutes of placement or before fulfillment begins. Contact support immediately with your order number.
- Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled. Refused/returned-to-sender parcels may incur return shipping and processing fees.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. After shipment, standard return rules apply from the delivery date.
- Tracksuits/sets must be returned together in new condition.
- Bundle discounts are recalculated if part of a bundle is returned; kept items revert to full price when applicable.
- Gifts: If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit upon approved return.
- Returns missing original packaging/tags or requiring excessive cleaning/processing may be subject to up to a 10% restocking fee.
- Items not meeting eligibility may be returned to you at your expense or issued partial credit at our discretion.
Orders delivered between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for returns until January 15 of the following year, provided all standard conditions are met.

- Contact your card issuer or PayPal; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
